This bit is crafted by depositing medium-fraction diamond grit onto a medical-grade stainless steel blank. The diamond particles are distributed evenly and densely across the entire working surface, with no gaps or clustering. A galvanic process secures the grit using a thin layer of nickel, bonding the diamond particles firmly and ensuring long-lasting durability.
