Unlike diamond bits that create dust, carbide attachments shave material away in fine ribbons, delivering a cleaner working process.

The flame shape is ideal for correcting thin artificial overlays and treating delaminations around lateral folds. With its blue (medium) cut, the STALEKS PRO EXPERT flame bit neatly removes material while leaving a smooth, even surface. In pedicure and podology, it effectively treats keratinized skin, clearing calluses and areas of hardened buildup.

Medium abrasiveness makes this bit well suited for swift removal of gel polish coatings, callus treatment, and work on nails affected by fungal infection (onychomycosis). During use, guide the bit gently along the nail edge — no abrupt movements and no prolonged contact in one area. The maximum recommended speed for a 5 mm carbide attachment is 18,000 RPM. Optimal speeds for manicure: 5,000-10,000 RPM for filing, thinning, buffing, and polishing natural nails and skin; 10,000-15,000 RPM for cuticle removal. Always observe the recommended RPM range for each bit type and procedure to prevent overheating and client injury.
