Right of Withdrawal and Returns

1. Withdrawal from Services

According to law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the service has been fully provided with prior explicit consent.

2. Booking Cancellation

Free cancellation is available at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.

3. Gift Card Returns

Unused gift cards can be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds are made using the same payment method within 14 days.

Partially used gift cards cannot be returned.

4. Service Refunds

If the service does not meet quality standards, the technician offers free correction.

In exceptional cases, the company may make a partial refund of up to 50%.
